Please note that Sereia can only issue refunds to the original payment method used when placing the order. Once your returned item reaches our warehouse, it typically takes 10-15 business days for our returns team to process it and send you a confirmation email.
Credit Card
After the return is processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank. If your credit card has been cancelled or replaced, the bank will transfer the refund to your new card or account.
Debit Card
Online purchases made with a Debit Visa Card are processed like credit cards and usually take 5-10 business days for the refund to show up. For in-store purchases made with a Debit Visa Card, returns must be processed in-store with the original card present, and the refund will be issued on the same day.
PayPal
Once the refund is issued to your PayPal account, you’ll receive a notification from PayPal. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.
AfterPay
Refunds for purchases made through AfterPay can take up to 14 business days to process. AfterPay will adjust your total balance accordingly, and any remaining payments will be updated. Payments already made will be refunded to the original payment method.
Sereia Digital Gift Cards
If you purchased an item using a Sereia digital gift card and later returned it, the refund amount will be issued as store credit to your Sereia account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one by clicking the SIGN IN button on our website.
Store Credit
For orders purchased using store credit, the refund will be reissued as store credit to your account in the same currency as the original purchase. Sereia cannot issue store credit in a different currency from the original transaction. If you need to create an account, simply click the SIGN IN button on our website.

To use a discount code, simply enter it in the "Add coupon code" field during checkout.
Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. If you attempt to apply multiple codes, our system will automatically select the best discount for you, and the others will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers such as free shipping, referral credits, or any other promotions. Sereia reserves the right to hold or cancel orders that attempt to use more than one discount code.
Additionally, Sereia gift cards are excluded from all discounts.
United States and Canada: Duties are included in your purchase. Applicable taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping address within the state or province.
Other International Shipments: For international orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, you may be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on your shipment. These fees are determined by your local customs office, and Sereia has no control over these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential costs. Please note that Sereia cannot reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Sereia does not impose any additional fees beyond the total amount stated in your order. However, your bank may apply foreign transaction fees if it considers Sereia to be a 'foreign company.' These fees are not controlled by Sereia, and we cannot provide refunds for any foreign transaction fees applied by your bank.
