- Store jewelry separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches.
- Keep away from moisture and humidity to avoid tarnishing.
- Protect from direct sunlight to preserve color and luster.
2. Gentle Cleaning
- 18K Gold Over Brass: Wipe with a soft cloth; clean with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid paper towels.
- Pearls: Gently wipe after wear; avoid chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners. Restring frequently worn pearls every few years.
- Semi-Precious Stones: Clean with a soft brush and mild soap. Porous stones like turquoise require extra care to prevent discoloration.
3. Wearing with Care

That’s why we offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of
purchase. If there’s any damage to the material or workmanship of your jewelry,
we’ve got you covered.
Our pieces are handcrafted by leading experts in the jewelry
industry, using responsibly sourced materials and designed to last. While we’re
confident in the durability of our jewelry, please note that the warranty does
not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, bent rings,
or broken chains), improper use or storage, or any modifications made by third
parties outside of Sereia.
To submit a warranty claim, select your region:

- Canada and the Rest of the World
Important Information
If your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the item or, if it is no
longer available, issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price.
Refunds are not provided for warranty claims.
To help us improve our products, defective pieces must be sent back
to us for inspection and quality auditing.
Please note that items purchased through third-party vendors
(outside Sereiaofficial.com or Sereia’s authorized stores) are not covered
under our warranty. For these, contact the original point of purchase.
Additionally, any work done on our products by external jewelers, such as
resizing or repairs, will void the warranty if a defect arises as a result.
