At Sereia, your satisfaction is our priority.

We offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges, starting from the day your order is delivered or picked up.

For customers in the U.S. – returns and exchanges are free.

For Canada and Australia – a $20 return shipping fee applies.

For the EU, UK, and all other countries – a $20 return shipping fee applies.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Return:

• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, free from any signs of wear or damage.
• All original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch, must accompany the returned item.
• If your purchase was part of a set, the entire set must be returned; individual pieces from sets are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
