At Sereia, your satisfaction is our priority. Below are the details for returning your purchase, if necessary. We offer a 30-day return window for customers in the US, Canada, Australia, with a $20 return shipping fee.
For the EU, UK and all other countries, a $30 return shipping fee will apply. Shipping fees remain non-refundable, and the 30-day return period begins from the date your order is delivered or picked up.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
- Returns sent by mail must include all original packaging, such as tags, boxes, and pouches.
- Items that are part of a set must be returned as a complete set. Individual pieces cannot be returned separately for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Please note the following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized items, including engraved or monogrammed products
- Earrings that have been used for piercings during an appointment
- Gift cards
- Final Sale Products

If you made your purchase on sereiaofficial.com, you can choose to return your items either online or at one of our retail locations.
In-Store & Buy Online, Pickup In-Store Purchases
For orders collected in-store, returns must be processed in-store. Please bring your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt when you visit. If you are unable to visit one of our retail locations, please reach out to us at Hello@sereiaofficial.com for assistance.

- All original packaging, including tags, box, and pouch, must accompany the returned item.
- If your purchase was part of a set, the entire set must be returned; individual pieces from sets are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.

Returning an Item Online
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be handled within 7 business days. After processing, we’ll notify you via email to confirm that your refund has been issued.
If you’ve accidentally returned the wrong item or an item that is not from the Sereia brand, please make sure to send back the correct one as soon as possible. Unfortunately, in such cases, we will need to charge you for the return shipping costs, as outlined in our FAQs above. To process the correct return, these charges will be applied again.
