For deliveries outside of the US, Canada, Australia, additional customs duties and service fees may apply. Please note that Sereia has no control over these fees and cannot provide specific cost estimates. For more details, please contact your local customs office. Sereia is unable to reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.

appear under "My Orders." Once your order is packed, you’ll receive a
tracking number via email. After the courier picks up your package and scans it
into their system, you’ll be able to track its progress. Please note this may
take a few hours, and if your order was packed over the weekend, tracking
updates will appear on the next business day.

Your order is being prepared by our team. If all items are in stock, processing typically takes 3-4 business days.
Shipped:
Great news! Your order has been packed and is on its way to you. Please note that tracking information may take some time to be updated in the courier’s system.
Since our team works diligently to get your order processed and dispatched as quickly as possible, we ask that you carefully review all details before finalizing your purchase. Once you click submit, Sereia will not be able to make any changes to your order or shipping address.

What Does This Mean?
In Stock
This item is currently in our inventory and ready to be sent to its new home! Typically, in-stock items are shipped within 3-4 business days after purchase. If the item includes engraving or monogramming, it will take a bit longer to personalize, usually shipping within 8 business days.
Shipping Later
This item isn’t available yet, but it’s on its way! You can still place an order, and it will be shipped as soon as the item becomes available. The estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page and during checkout. Please note that payment is processed when the order is placed.
Made to Order
When you choose a made-to-order item, it means we’ll craft it just for you after the order is placed. This process takes a little extra time, so be sure to check the estimated shipping date on the product page to plan accordingly.
