Sereia Warranty
At Sereia, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship.
That’s why we offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of
purchase. If there’s any damage to the material or workmanship of your jewelry,
we’ve got you covered.
Our pieces are handcrafted by leading experts in the jewelry
industry, using responsibly sourced materials and designed to last. While we’re
confident in the durability of our jewelry, please note that the warranty does
not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, bent rings,
or broken chains), improper use or storage, or any modifications made by third
parties outside of Sereia.
To submit a warranty claim, select your region:
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Canada and the Rest of the World
Important Information
If your warranty claim is approved, we will replace the item or, if it is no
longer available, issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price.
Refunds are not provided for warranty claims.
To help us improve our products, defective pieces must be sent back
to us for inspection and quality auditing.
Please note that items purchased through third-party vendors
(outside Sereiaofficial.com or Sereia’s authorized stores) are not covered
under our warranty. For these, contact the original point of purchase.
Additionally, any work done on our products by external jewelers, such as
resizing or repairs, will void the warranty if a defect arises as a result.

At Sereia, your satisfaction is our priority. Below are the details for returning your purchase, if necessary. We offer a 30-day return window for customers in the US, Canada, Australia, with a $20 return shipping fee.
For the EU, UK and all other countries, a $30 return shipping fee will apply. Shipping fees remain non-refundable, and the 30-day return period begins from the date your order is delivered or picked up.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be in their original, unused condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
- Returns sent by mail must include all original packaging, such as tags, boxes, and pouches.
- Items that are part of a set must be returned as a complete set. Individual pieces cannot be returned separately for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Please note the following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized items, including engraved or monogrammed products
- Earrings that have been used for piercings during an appointment
- Gift cards

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns from the US, Australia, and Canada are subject to a $20 fee, while returns from the UK, EU, and all other international locations incur a $30 fee. The return period begins on the date your order is delivered or picked up.
